Grp 4 SAREX – Field Exercise

The second month of the quarter Group 4 ES will host a field Exercise for its members to continue their training in the rating they are currently working on. Progressing onto their advanced training these individuals will move into a more hands-on role. Demonstrating to their instructor and SET their knowledge and competency in their particular rating. This will be a field training setting where the individuals will be sent out on training Sorties and train along other Ratings, learning to integrate their skills to make the mission a success. This will be offered as a two-day session but members do not have to attend both days. The individual can attend Saturday, or they can attend Sunday, or they can attend both. The option will be theirs.
