Grp 4 SAREX – Ground School

At the beginning of every quarter Group 4 ES will host a “ground school” for its members to train in and learn in detail the roles and responsibilities in a variety of ratings from GTM’s, Aircrew members, sUAS to ICP staff. They will be broken up into classrooms based on the Rating they wish to achieve. ( IE MS,MO,AP or GTM3,2,1 and GTL’s and so on.) Instructors will teach Fam and Prep as per the task guide for individuals new to the Rating, while a second instructor will teach those who need their advanced training. This will be held in a classroom setting with some hands-on training as well. This will be offered as a two-day session but members do not have to attend both days. The individual can attend Saturday, or they can attend Sunday, or they can attend both. The option will be theirs.
